Introduction to e-Learning

Nature of e-learning

E-learning is a flexible and accessible way to learn. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world, at any time of day or night. This makes it an ideal option for busy learners who may not have the time or resources to attend traditional classes.

E-learning is also a self-paced learning experience. This means that learners can progress at their own speed and take breaks as needed. This can be especially beneficial for learners who may not have a strong academic background or who learn best at their own pace.

There are many different types of e-learning, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Some of the most common types of e-learning include:

·        Asynchronous e-learning: This type of e-learning does not require live instruction. Instead, learners progress through self-paced modules that they can access at their own convenience.

·        Blended learning: This type of e-learning combines elements of both synchronous and asynchronous e-learning.

Advantages of e-learning

There are many advantages to e-learning, including:
